How we work

Every engagement is built around a co-work partnership model — structured, time-boxed, and designed to move from ambiguity to a clear, compelling outcome. You bring domain knowledge, stakeholder access, and business context. We bring strategic design thinking, empathy methodology, and cross-disciplinary craft.

What we can work on

Structured empathy

A methodology for building genuine human understanding into design work — from listening sessions and empathy mapping through to capability transfer. Runs inside every engagement, and can be engaged as a standalone practice.

Workshops

Every project starts somewhere. This is how the best ones start well — with the room as the medium, structured enough to create safety, loose enough to let surprise in. Sessions where teams stop talking about the problem and start having one. Built for startup off-sites and enterprise innovation sprints alike.

Concept Design

Before the brief exists, the best questions do. This is early-stage, high-ambiguity collaboration — exploring the space, stress-testing assumptions, and finding the idea worth building before anyone has committed to building it. Good for organizations willing to ask uncomfortable questions and smart enough to act on the answers.

Product Design

The work of making something people actually want to use — and actually want to own. Spanning digital interfaces, physical hardware, and the increasingly blurry territory in between. The goal is always the same: a product that earns its place in someone's life by being genuinely well-considered, from first impression to the tenth.

Visual & Brand Design

From visual identity to product aesthetics to the language a brand uses across every surface — this is the work of making something feel like itself. Whether that's a campaign, a product line, or a company finding its voice for the first time.

How engagements are structured

We work openly alongside teams — bringing a structured empathy methodology, transparent milestones, and a commitment to leave every organisation more capable of human-centred design than when we arrived.

What you can expect in your engagement

Milestone-led

A shared engagement calendar from day one. Named milestones, pauses to align, and no forward momentum until the work at each stage is agreed.

Weekly check-ins

A standing 30-minute sync each week to review progress, adjust direction, and surface blockers before they compound.

Full visibility

All work lives in a shared Figma or project space you have access to throughout the engagement — not just at delivery.

Fast feedback

Feedback rounds are three business days per milestone — keeping momentum high and respecting both parties' time
